The Oklahoma City Thunder were considered favorites to win the NBA Finals, but their Game 1 loss against the Indiana Pacers had people questioning everything.
Skip Bayless recently spoke on his show and assured everyone that the Thunder will still win the Finals, and he claimed they will do it in just five games.
“The Oklahoma City Thunder are going to win the NBA Finals in five games because they’re better than the Indiana Pacers. Wednesday night will be the night the Thunder take complete control of this series,” Bayless said.

Bayless said the Thunder will win because they are simply a superior basketball team.
They made easy work of the Pacers in Game 2, but Bayless said they are just getting started and will perform better than that in Game 3 and beyond.
Yes, the Pacers did pull out an amazing victory in Game 1, but Bayless isn’t worried because he feels OKC has multiple bright stars who can do a lot.
Plus, they have the best defense he has ever seen.
Even though the Thunder won Game 2, Bayless said they have room for improvement, and they will be more dominant on Wednesday night.
He also gave a special shout-out to Alex Caruso, who he claimed is the second-most important player for the Thunder.
Bayless has utmost faith in this team, which is why he was wearing a Thunder hat as he made his prediction.
Like many OKC followers, he isn’t panicked by the team’s loss at the start of the series and feels they are still firmly in control of their fate.
Winning the Finals in five games is a massive accomplishment and means the Thunder will not lose another match.
Is that possible, and will they prove Bayless correct in just a few days?
