Liverpool are weighing up whether to make an offer for Gremio winger Alysson this summer, according to reports in the Brazilian media.
Local journalist Bruno Soares (via Portal do Gremista) claims that an official bid from the Reds is very possible.
Alysson does have a €60m (£51m) release clause in his contract and it remains to be seen whether Gremio would hold out for that much or whether they would be open to selling for less than that.

The forward is just 19 years of age, and he has only recently established himself as a regular starter, having made 15 senior appearances in total.
What do fans need to know about Alysson?
The teenager came through Gremio’s academy, having joined them back in 2021. It took him three years to rise up through the ranks to the first team, making his debut against Youth Sports Club in July last year.
Alysson is a left-footed right winger so we can safely assume that Liverpool’s recruitment department have identified him as a potential long-term successor to Mo Salah.
Of course, the Brazilian youngster still has a lot to prove. He has yet to score a senior goal or even register an assist.
Liverpool are in the market for wingers
The Reds have been linked with several wide players in recent weeks, although most of them appear to be potential targets if the likes of Luis Diaz or Cody Gakpo leave.
Lyon’s Malick Fofana is a name that has been mentioned more than once in reports this summer, while the Merseysiders have been credited with an interest in AC Milan’s Rafael Leao too.
Considering Alysson’s lack of experience, it would be a surprise if Arne Slot’s side were prepared to spend a sizeable sum on him, but he is clearly on the club’s radar.
