Everton could potentially pull off a blockbuster move for Manchester City superstar Jack Grealish this summer transfer window.
The Friedkin Group (TFG) are hoping to start a new era at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, with a marquee signing being eyed.
Grealish looks on the verge of leaving Man City in the coming months, and the Toffees have emerged as one of the surprising contenders for him.
The 29-year-old forward has struggled at the Cityzens in the current campaign, and David Moyes may be able to convince the England international to make a switch.

The news outlet reports (June 10) that the Scottish manager resonated with Liam Delap, who eventually signed for Chelsea, by presenting a leading role as the Blues enter a new era.

It’s been claimed that a similar conversation between the 62-year-old head coach and the Man City star regarding the resources and ambition at the Hill Dickinson Stadium is one of the reasons a deal is plausible.
The ex-West Ham United boss may play a pivotal role in convincing the 29-year-old to sign for the Blues, but it remains to be seen whether they have the financial means to pull it off.

Grealish transfer to Hill Dickinson Stadium will break the internet
Grealish moving to the Hill Dickinson Stadium could potentially be one of the biggest shocks of this transfer window.
The Englishman will arguably have teams like Tottenham and Newcastle United, who are playing Champions League football next season, vying for his signature.
It would be surprising to see the 29-year-old opt to join the Toffees, and that prospect will certainly break the internet.
Everton failed to convince Delap to snub Chelsea in favour of a move to Merseyside, despite a seemingly appealing pitch from Moyes.
It’s unrealistic even to consider that Grealish will be part of the Blues’ squad next season, but stranger things have happened in football.
TFG’s takeover has evidently given the Toffees better financial muscle, but the Man City star’s potential transfer fee and wage demands may be out of their reach.
Moyes also needs several additions to his squad this summer, and spending a significant amount of money on one signing wouldn’t be sensible.
While the idea of signing Grealish will compel the Merseyside outfit’s fans, it feels like a long shot.
