Manchester United continue to monitor emerging talent across Europe, keeping a close eye on some of the continent’s most promising young forwards.
While the club remain focused on addressing senior squad needs, the hierarchy have also been active in tracking high-potential players with long-term upside.

That includes several teenage attackers impressing in top-flight competitions, and the battle for their signatures has grown increasingly competitive.
Especially with clubs like Brighton offering quicker first-team opportunities.
Now, Brighton are set to win the race for Olympiacos striker Giannis Kostoulas.
The 18-year-old is due to undergo a medical on Wednesday ahead of a £34 million ($46m) transfer.
That is according to journalist Ben Jacobs, who reported of the news on X.
The Greece Under-21 international had also attracted interest from Arsenal and Real Madrid.
As well as United, who had made contact back in March to sign the wonderkid.
However, the Seagulls’ reputation for youth development appears to have made the difference.

Kostoulas scored seven goals in 35 appearances this season, including six in his last 15 league outings.
He helped Olympiacos clinch both the Super League title and Greek Cup.
The 6ft1 forward is viewed as a future star and will become one of Brighton’s most expensive signings ever.
Thus, underlining the faith they’ve placed in his potential.
He is set to become Brighton’s second summer addition, following the recent arrival of Sunderland winger Tom Watson in a deal worth around £10m ($13.5m).

The pattern of United missing out on talents continues to show.

And Kostoulas is set to be the next one.
