BEREA -- The Cleveland Browns full roster arrived in Berea to take part in the mandatory three-day minicamp which runs from Tuesday through Thursday. All players on the roster were required to be there and all the players were accounted for, including Myles Garrett, David Njoku, Joel Bitonio and Jack Conklin, who had not been seen at the OTAs that were open to the media previously.

Eyes on the Quarterbacks

All four quarterbacks took place in the drills and were, for the most part, in a similar order to what they had been during the OTA practices that were open. Kenny Pickett took the first turn in most of the drills as he has for most of the practices, followed by Joe Flacco, Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders.

However, Gabriel and Sanders received most of the team reps in 11-on-11's. Kevin Stefanski said he is pleased with the growth of the young quarterbacks.

"I'm pleased with all the young guys and their development," Stefanski said after practice. "There's a lot that goes into this and these guys work extremely hard. It's something that I would say each position we're asking them to do something that is a little bit different than what they did in college. Certainly, at the quarterback position, there's a lot that goes into it. These guys are all well coached when we get them, but there's things in the NFL game, just the rules are different in some areas. So I think all these guys are making really good progress."

Sanders feels that he is progressing every day, but feels he has a lot more room to grow.

"I know every day there's room for improvement," Sanders said after practice. "A lot of different areas in my game, so I never feel I'm full. I'll say I'm always hungry, and there's a lot of aspects in football that you can get better at. It's weight room, it's knowing the plays, it's physically, it's throwing different.

"You can always get precise on more things, so I feel, like I put in my day's work, but I know I'm far from where I want to be."
