Brentford youngster Emeka Peters has revealed the football stars who continue to shape his development, naming Cristiano Ronaldo, Kylian Mbappe, and Michael Olise as his biggest inspirations on the pitch.
Peters, who joined the Bees from Fulham in 2023, enjoyed an excellent campaign with Brentford's U18s, finishing the season as the most productive player in his category.
The dynamic forward netted 14 goals and provided six assists, earning widespread praise for his speed, skill, and technical finesse.
Despite forging his own path in West London, Peters remains firmly grounded in the influence of global icons, especially Cristiano Ronaldo, whom he still considers his ultimate role model.
"Cristiano Ronaldo is still my idol and always will be, but obviously as you get older you can learn from more players," Peters told [Brentford's official website](https://www.brentfordfc.com/en/news/article/brentford-b-team-emeka-peters-interview).
The teenager also highlighted his admiration for France's Kylian Mbappe and Bayern Munich playmaker Michael Olise, pointing to their style of play and versatility on the flanks.
"In the modern era, I really like Kylian Mbappe, Michael Olise and those kinds of players who can cut in off the wing," he added.
As Brentford prepares for the new season, the promising forward will look to build on his success and continue modeling his game after the elite talents he admires.
Known for his ability to glide past defenders and deliver decisive end products, a first-team breakthrough could be on the horizon for the Nigerian-eligible prospect next campaign.
