“I Want to Be a Raider for Life”: Las Vegas Raiders Star Breaks Silence on Future

The Las Vegas Raiders’ talented left tackle, Kolton Miller, had a strong finish to the 2024 season after missing spring workouts and the first month of training camp to recover from offseason shoulder surgery, during which he was rusty to start the year. He allowed 38 pressures, six quarterback hits, and seven sacks in 17 starts. Miller also posted an 82.2 pass-blocking grade, a 71.1 run-blocking grade, and an 80.6 overall PFF grade, ranking 11th in pass-blocking, 30th in run-blocking, and 14th in overall grade.

Kolton Miller has made it clear that he desires a new contract since he is the 13th-highest-paid left tackle in the NFL, currently making $18 million per year. He enters the final year of his deal and is scheduled to earn a $12.25 million base salary and a $15.68 million cap hit in 2025. Miller didn’t attend voluntary offseason workouts and the start of OTAs but attended mandatory minicamp, avoiding over $100,000 in fines.

His prime is long gone. I like the guy, just not a good business decision at this moment.

If Kolton Miller wants to retire with the #Raiders, John Spytek needs to make that happen. Geno Smith will have a lot more success with a Top 10 Tackle protecting his blind side. https://t.co/HXDCARjoso
