The 21-year-old midfielder had been with the Suffolk non-league side since his release from Town in the summer of 2023.
Armin has since made 79 appearances in all competitions for Leiston, netting four times for the Southern Premier League side.

He now joins Brett Munyard's side, who were relegated from the National League South last season. The Millers will now play in the Isthmian League Premier Division for 2025/26.
The Colchester-born Armin came through the youth ranks at Portman Road, joining aged eight and went on to make four senior appearances for Town.
