“Very exciting” – Tore Andre Flo urges Chelsea to sign “amazing” player they tried to buy in…

Former Blue Tore Andre Flo has urged Chelsea to sign winger Antonio Nusa from Bundesliga side RB Leipzig this summer.

Chelsea are once again set for a busy summer and have already signed striker Liam Delap from Ipswich for £30m.

The Blues face a critical window and are in the market for a centre back and right footed attacker to bolster Enzo Maresca’s squad.

Chelsea urged to sign Antonio Nusa

There’s set to be movement in the wides areas with Chelsea thought to be open to offers for Noni Madueke, whilst Jadon Sancho has left the club.

Estevao Willian will arrive after the Club World Cup, but currently the only wide options are Madueke, Pedro Neto and Tyrique George.

Chelsea had multiple bids rejected for Jamie Gittens by Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday, whilst they’ve also been linked with Alejandro Garnacho and Nico Williams.

A winger is needed and former Blue Flo has urged Chelsea to sign Norway international Nusa and labelled the winger “very exciting.”

“I’ve been watching the national team for a bit now,” Flo told Metro.

“There are some big superstars in there but [Chelsea] wouldn’t be able to buy Erling Haaland or Martin Odegaard, there is a player called Antonio Nusa.

“I think he is very, very exciting. I’ve just seen him play against Italy and he was amazing in that game. I think he’d be possible to buy for a big club like Chelsea.”

Chelsea were previously linked with Nusa before he joined RB Leipzig last summer and he’s played 36 times registering 12 goal contributions.

Jamie Gittens deal to be revisited

Although Chelsea couldn’t agree a deal for Gittens they are expected to revisit a move for the England under-21 international later this summer.
