'Qualified'– Man Utd ace shows monster mentality with powerful nine-word message after Brazil's win vs Paraguay in World Cup qualifier

Manchester United and Brazil midfielder Casemiro made his feelings clear after Carlo Ancelotti’s men defeated Paraguay 1-0 in Wednesday’s World Cup qualifying match.

The five-time World Cup champions punched their ticket to the 2026 FIFA World Cup in North America, with Vinicius Junior being the difference-maker against Paraguay.

Matheus Cunha impressed with his Brazil performance and the Manchester United summer signing set up Vinicius Junior for the opener in the first half on Wednesday.

Paraguay were unable to rally back at the Arena Corinthians in Sao Paulo and Brazil walked away with all three points in their World Cup qualifying campaign.

Carlo Ancelotti’s side are third in the South American World Cup qualifying table and the five-time World Cup champions are level on points with second-place Ecuador.

Brazil have won seven of their 16 World Cup qualifiers and Ancelotti’s men are 10 points adrift from 2022 World Cup champions Argentina in the South American table.

Man Utd star Casemiro makes a spine-tingling post for Brazil fans after the World Cup qualifier vs Paraguay

Casemiro started in the heart of midfield for Brazil and the Manchester United midfielder saw out the full 90 minutes of the 1-0 win over Paraguay on Wednesday.

The 33-year-old ex-Real Madrid star impressed with his performance in the World Cup qualifier, following his return to the Brazil national team under Carlo Ancelotti.

Ancelotti left his role as Real Madrid head coach at the end of the 2024-25 campaign and the 66-year-old Italian succeeded Dorival Junior as Brazil manager.

Casemiro played under Brazil manager Ancelotti in the Spanish capital and he enjoyed incredible success at Los Blancos ahead of his move to Old Trafford.

The United star also played for Brazil last Friday and Casemiro saw out the full 90 minutes in the 0-0 draw against Ecuador in the World Cup qualifier.

Casemiro took to Instagram after the Paraguay match and the Brazil international shared his excitement about his country heading to the World Cup next summer.

“Qualified for the 2026 World Cup!! Let’s go Brazil,” he wrote.

What is next for Brazil star Casemiro and Co at Man Utd after the World Cup qualifiers this summer?

Casemiro had linked up with Red Devils teammate Antony and soon-to-be United teammate Matheus Cunha for Brazil’s World Cup qualifying campaign this summer.

United ended their woeful 2024-25 Premier League season in May and Ruben Amorim watched as the Red Devils limped to a 15th-place finish in the league.

Following the Red Devils’ poor league campaign, United embarked on a post-season tour and Ruben Amorim oversaw two friendly matches during the visit to Asia.

United manager Amorim is expected to make a major overhaul to his first-team squad this summer after the Red Devils’ disappointing run of form in the Premier League.

Amorim’s United side will return to action next month for their pre-season campaign, with the Red Devils facing Leeds United on 19th July at the Strawberry Arena.
