Chelsea have had another big summer of transfer spending, and they may not be finished yet.
Jorrel Hato is set to join Chelsea, while Xavi Simons remains a Chelsea target too.
On top of that, Chelsea like Alejandro Garnacho from Manchester United and could potentially make a move for the winger.
Garnacho is a divisive figure in football as many have suggested that he has attitude problems, hence why he’s on the chopping block at Old Trafford.
Speaking on the London is Blue Podcast, Matt Law has been discussing Garnacho’s character, and he says that Chelsea aren’t concerned about his personality after doing background checks on him.

Chelsea have no worries about Alejandro Garnacho’s character
Law shared what he knows about Garnacho and how Chelsea view the winger.
The journalist says Chelsea are very keen on Garnacho, and after conducting background checks, they are happy with what they’ve learned about the forward.
“It’s fact. Chelsea want him,” Law said.
“Give us the cast iron details then,” The host asked.
“So the cast iron details are they’ve already done background checks on him. So I think the big question mark for a lot of people is around Garnacho’s character and temperament. Because there have been a lot of accusations made there, whether they be fair, unfair, true, or untrue,” Law said.
“But he’s been bombed out at United. I think lots of people make a lot of assumptions about his character.
“I don’t know the lad. I’ve never even interviewed him. I’m not even sure I’ve been in the same room as him. I’ve obviously been watching him while he’s been on the pitch.
“They’ve done a lot of background checks on him. I’m told they’re comfortable with what they’ve had back. They don’t have any issues about his character.”
What Graeme Souness said about Alejandro Garnacho
Garnacho’s attitude has been questioned at times, but more often than not, these issues have been trivial.
A prime example was Graeme Souness’ complaint about Garnacho last season ahead of the FA Cup semi-final.
Indeed, Souness got up in arms about the fact Garnacho was wearing earrings during the warm-up.
“He’s an exceptional talent. But I worry for him. Call me a dinosaur, but he’s got two earrings during the warm up. They get too much too soon at Man United. They get so much attention, Man United players,” Souness said.
Earrings or not, Garnacho is a top talent, and Chelsea may well improve as a team if they bring the Argentine to Stamford Bridge.
