Juventus Could Wait Until Late August to Sell Tottenham Target Wanted by PSG, Aston Villa

Juventus striker Dušan Vlahović is drawingstrong interest this summer, with PSG, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, and Aston Villa all reportedly monitoring the Serbian international.

Despite being under contract until 2026, Juventusappear open to a sale, partly because of Vlahović’s high wages and the financial strain they place on the club. On PSG’s end, the French championsare expected to reshape their attack, and both Randal Kolo Muani and Gonçalo Ramosare rumored to be on the market.

According to aprevious report from CaughtOffside, PSG began tracking Vlahović earlier this year. Arsenal and Manchester United have alsobeen linked, which could set up a potential bidding war. With just one year left on his deal after this season, Juventus may prefer to cash in now rather than risk losing him for nothing in 2026.

In hisrecent column for CaughtOffside, journalist Alfredo Pedulla provided an update on the situation regarding the Serbia international, as he believes this saga will drag out until the end of August.

“Dusan is waiting for the right opportunity, which I identified back in early June as being Milan,”Pedulla wrote. “Nearly two months have passed, and we’re still on that path. Of course, certain conditions need to be met (severance deal, affordable transfer feeand other possible factors), but it’s still a live option.

“And there’s an important detail: if you sign Vlahovic at the end of August, you save €2m net (around €4m gross) in wages for a couple of months.Definitely not small change. So, it’s better to let Dusan’s hourglass run out as much as possible.”

Moreover,CaughtOffside recently claimed Newcastle United, Tottenham, Aston Villa, and Nottingham Forest are exploring potential moves for the striker. It will be interesting to see ifclubswho are keen wait until the end of the month to save money.
