Is Leeds United v Villarreal on TV? Coverage details of Elland Road friendly and ticket info

Leeds United take in their penultimate pre-season friendly with the visit of Villarreal today.

Leeds United face their penultimate pre-season friendly today with an Elland Road clash against Villarreal - but what are the coverage details?

This afternoon’s 3pm kick-off marks United’s first and indeed only first team pre-season friendly on home soil of the summer.

From there, the squad flew out to Germany for a pre-season training camp and two more friendlies and wins against SV Verl and SC Paderborn but with both games being played behind-closed-doors and without fans.

16 days before season opener

The club’s final pre-season friendly next weekend sees them face Italian giants AC Milan in a 3pm kick-off at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin.

Turnstiles for this afternoon’s visit of Villarreal open at 1.30pm and the game is not being televised by mainstream channels.

Fans can, however, watch the game live on LUTV if buying a one-off Match Pass at a price of £4.99, available everywhere except in Spain. Bryn Law will be joined by Tony Dorigo on commentary.
