Wolves player waiting for agent to sort out exit – Entourage siding with complicated deal

On Thursday, Corriere dello Sport claimed AS Roma were planning to execute an initial loan deal with an obligation to buy for Wolves’ Fabio Silva.

This would require the striker to sign a new contract at Vitor Pereira’s side, with his current deal running out in the summer of 2026.

Today’s Corriere dello Sport report that Silva is now keen on a move to Roma and the Giallorossi see him as a key target.

The 23-year-old is awaiting news from his agent, who will soon speak to Rome club’s sporting director Ricky Massara and this could be followed up by an offer to Wolves.

Roma’s complex deal of an initial loan with the obligation to buy is favoured by the forward and his agent, who would also want the Midlands club to extend his contract by another season.

Wolves want a fee of €15m right now and it remains to be seen if they open to an initial loan exit, but the Giallorossi are very likely to make that attempt.

Gian Piero Gasperini is attracted by signing the player and sees him as an important part of his side.
