Barcelona willing to sell Marc Casado for €30m

Marc Casado’s future at Barcelona is once again in the spotlight, with several reports claiming the Catalans are willing to sell the midfielder this summer.

Diario AS and La Vanguardia are both reporting that Barcelona are willing to listen to offers for Casado due to their surplus of midfielders.

Casado is one of seven midfielders in the current first-team squad alongside Pedri, Gavi, Frenkie de Jong, Dani Olmo, and Marc Bernal. Young talent Dro Fernandez is also pushing fo a place as well.

Barcelona are said to be willing to accept offers in the region of €30 million for Casado, funds that could register the club’s new signings and potentially open the door to another arrival.

The Catalans won’t expressly tell Casado to leave but he has apparently been informed that they won’t stand in his way “if offers come in and the player wants to listen to them because he feels he won’t have a prominent role.”

Convincing Casado to leave may be a different matter. He’s been a [culer since birth](https://www.barcablaugranes.com/2025/7/8/24463635/marc-casado-shows-his-love-for-barcelona-amid-talk-of-summer-exit) and has said previously he’d like to spend his entire career at the club.
