Everton’s summer transfer window has certainly proven a real test for all involved.
The Friedkin Group have finally had their first real opportunity to splash some cash on Merseyside following their takeover in December.
Plenty of change has already been sanctioned at Everton, with the Toffees preparing for their new stadium with David Moyes at the helm.
When the Friedkins landed, it was Sean Dyche who was in charge, but the 54-year-old was quickly moved on.
Moyes has shared his public demand for more signings to be made after what has been an underwhelming start in the market.
However, the former manager, Dyche, has shared a transfer warning to the Friedkins amid Moyes’ public demands.

Sean Dyche shares Everton transfer warning to the Friedkins
Moyes wants nine signings made at Everton before the window shuts in early September.
Considering the number of players who departed the club in June, the demand is completely understandable from the 62-year-old manager.

Speaking on TalkSPORT, Dyche has admitted the Friedkins are still going to need to be careful with how they spend their money this summer.
“It’s tough. I was under no illusions when the new owners [The Friedkin Group] came in that they were going to throw money left, right and centre,” he said.
“They still need to be careful with the finances and make sure that it is in check.”
Everton have received a huge PSR boost this summer through the opening of their stadium which is going to transform the revenue on Merseyside.
But, it is clear, with Everton receiving a £100m transfer budget, that they are going to have to utilise the loan market as they spend their money wisely elsewhere.
Sean Dyche approves Everton’s interest in Tyler Dibling
Everton are eyeing a move for Tyler Dibling, having already submitted their opening bid to Southampton.
The youngster is being eyed as an option to bolster their options at right-wing following the double exit of Jack Harrison and Jesper Lindstrom.
And the Saints prospect is a player who Dyche thinks could add a lot to this Everton squad.
“They haven’t got depth at the minute. There is talk of the boy Dibling from Southampton, who I thought was a very good player. Maybe they can get that one across the line but we’ll have to wait and see,” he added.
It is believed that Dibling is open to joining Everton this summer following Southampton’s return to the Championship.
