Benjamin Sesko has told his RB Leipzig teammates that he will be leaving the club this summer, Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg has revealed.
The Slovenia international has been left out of Leipzig’s squad to face Atalanta today, with his ‘imminent departure’ cited as the reason.
Sesko is currently being pursued by both Manchester United and Newcastle, with the Magpies recently submitting an €80m (£70m) offer for the 22-year-old forward.
