“It was a good test for us today, and the level of training we’ve done was really felt and so, naturally, we felt that tiredness as a consequence. Physically, as is normal at this stage, some of the guys are a bit ahead and others a bit behind, so today was a useful session for us.
“I’m happy to have Gleison [Bremer] back, and of course he’ll need a bit of time to get back to his level. I’m pleased with these first few days’ training, they’ve been full of good work, and the new arrivals have settled in well immediately. There’s a real desire in the squad to have things done right.
