Daniel Farke has named his Leeds United XI to face Villarreal in this afternoon's fixture at Elland Road.
The Whites have won two and drawn one in pre-season thus far, having beaten German duo Verl and SC Paderborn as well as picking up a 0-0 draw against Manchester United in Sweden.
As for Villarreal, they have failed to win a game in pre-season. They picked up two draws against Basel and St Gallen before falling to a narrow 1-0 defeat against Sporting CP last Friday.
In goal for the Whites is Karl Darlow. The former Newcastle United and Nottingham Forest 'keeper claimed the No.1 spot ahead of Illan Meslier near the back end of last season and has got the gloves to take on Villarreal. Lucas Perri, who joined the Whites from Lyon earlier this month, is not part of the matchday squad.
Moving to the back-line and there is a home debut for Gabriel Gudmundsson. Alongside him is Pascal Struijk and Joe Rodon, with Isaac Schmidt starting on the right side of the back four.
Ethan Ampadu, Sean Longstaff and Anton Stach line up as the midfield three, with Wilfried Gnonto, Brenden Aaronson and Lukas Nmecha making up the front three against Villarreal.
It leaves Meslier, Alex Cairns, Jaka Bijol, Sam Byram, Ao Tanaka, Ilia Gruev, Charlie Crew, Largie Ramazani, Rhys Chadwick, Harry Gray and Joel Piroe on the bench.
