Crystal Palace and Girona are in talks over separate deals involving French striker Odsonne Edouard (27) and right-back Arnau Martinez (22), according to a report this Saturday from Foot Mercato. The Premier League side is reportedly keen to sign the former Spain U21 international to bring competition to Daniel Muñoz and Nathaniel Clyne. Palace’s transfer fee to sign Martinez would rise to €10m.

Odsonne Edouard, who has entered his final contract year at Selhurst Park, would go the other way. The Frenchman spent the previous season on loan at Leicester City. Girona are set to sign the former France U21 international in exchange of a €6m transfer fee, Foot Mercato reports.

The outlet understands that only minor details still need ironing out to complete both deals.
