Slovenian star has agreed on a new contract extension with the Western Conference powerhouse.
According to Shams Charania of ESPN, Doncic will sign a three-year extension, worth $165 million.
Deal includes a player option in 2028, when he becomes eligible for a supermax five-year deal, worth more than $400 million.
Doncic joined Lakers during 2024-25 campaign as part of the infamous trade with the Dallas Mavericks, preparing for his first full season in California after EuroBasket 2025 concludes.
