Luka Doncic revealed that he donated $5 million of his upcoming contract extension for 77 young athletes.
As soon as he became eligible to do so, Luka Doncic extended his contract with the Los Angeles Lakers.

As it was reported previously, Doncic will earn $165 million for the next three years with the new deal that includes a player option for 2028.
Doncic has already shared a message to Lakers fans following his extension, revealing a nice gesture after securing his new deal.
As he wrote on his X account, Doncic donated $5 million from his new deal to support 77 young athletes in achieving their dreams.
"Today I’m also committing $5 million to help 77 young athletes around the world chase their dreams, just like I did. Basketball gave me everything, and I’m lucky to be able to give back and help the next generation," Doncic wrote.
