The 24-year-old joins following a trial with the Hoops this summer.

Westendorf began his career at Barking, before making the switch to the Magpies, with who he trained with the first team.

He had a subsequent spell at Northern Irish side Larne, for who he represented in the Champions League qualifying stages, and was most recently with Maltese team Balzan.

Hoops manager Ross Jenkins told the club website: “I'm delighted to get Isaac on board after being around us for a few weeks now.

“Isaac brings a different dimension to the squad and his desire to do well for the team is infectious, that’s someone we love to work with at Oxford City.”
