Manchester United outcast Jadon Sancho is in talks to return to Borussia Dortmund, Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg has revealed.
The Bundesliga club are believed to be working on a deal for Sancho and exploring the possibility of his second return to Signal Iduna Park.
Sancho has no future at Man United under head coach Ruben Amorim, who has frozen the 25-year-old winger from the first-team squad and forced him to train separately ahead of the new season.
Sancho spent a total of four-and-a-half seasons at Dortmund across two stints, scoring 53 goals in 158 appearances.

Plettenberg, writing on X, revealed that Dortmund are exploring the possibility of signing Sancho for a third time, with sporting director Sebastian Kehl refusing to deny their interest in the winger:
Man United remain hopeful of offloading several unwanted first-team stars before the September 1 deadline, with Sancho, Antony, Alejandro Garnacho and Tyrell Malacia all available for departure.
The Red Devils have struggled to raise transfer funds through player sales so far, with Marcus Rashford’s loan move to Barcelona the only major outgoing.
Sancho was also recently linked with Serie A giants Juventus, who reportedly held positive talks regarding the England international.
The 'exceptional' 25-year-old winger spent last season on loan at Chelsea, making 41 appearances and scoring 12 goals.
