Man United and Liverpool charging same price: How much a shirt costs at every Premier League…

Summary

Prices for Premier League team kits for the 2025/26 have been revealed.

Lower-ranked clubs charge £60-£70, while elite clubs like Arsenal and Liverpool set kits at £85.

Notable increases for Crystal Palace and Wolves, as fans continue to shell out for team apparel.

Over the years, everything in football has gotten more and more expensive. The players, the managers, the season tickets, even the cost of food and a pint. It's the way the world is going, and the beautiful game, as much as people wish this weren’t the case, is following suit.

Another aspect of the sport that continues to see an increase in value, justifiably or not, is the cost of replica jerseys. It is common courtesy for fans to spend their hard-earned money on the kits that their favourite players wear in order to show their support. However, for some clubs, the prices have become so ridiculously high that they are now out of the price range for many of their fans.

Thanks to a report by the Mirror, we now know exactly what each Premier League club is charging for one of their kits ahead of the 2025/26 season, with no team selling for less than they did last campaign.

Wolves, Sunderland, Burnley, Crystal Palace, Brentford

As you would likely expect, the bottom five teams are those that, in terms of their reputation, don't quite rank as highly as the other big boys. Three teams are joint last with £60 kits, with Wolves taking bottom spot as a result of alphabetical order. Despite a rather disappointing campaign and the fact they have lost Matheus Cunha to Manchester United, they are still charging £2 more than last season.

Promoted duo Burnley and Sunderland also sit on £60, and they may be eyeing Premier League survival to help their chances of upping the prices moving forward. There is a slight jump up to £65 as we go to Brentford, who have released a new home kit after having the same one for the previous two years.

Crystal Palace have also taken a leap, up £5 to £65, but given their heroics in the FA Cup last season, they may be within their rights to believe their standing has grown, and therefore the cost of their kits should rise.

Bournemouth, Leeds, Brighton, West Ham, Nottingham Forest

The only other team to sit within the £60–£70 bracket is Bournemouth, with the Cherries having one of the more modest costs considering the overall stature of the club.

Leeds and Brighton are the teams who take the next leap up to £70. For the former, it's a case of their passionate fanbase and history driving the price up, while Brighton can afford to do so given the meteoric rise they have been on in recent years.

£70 isn't enough for West Ham, though, as the Hammers stick with their price from last campaign of £75, proving that London prices don’t just apply to restaurants, bars, and activities. Meanwhile, Nottingham Forest have deemed that their journey back to European football hasn't given their home kits greater value, also staying put at £75.

Everton, Chelsea, Tottenham, Newcastle, Manchester United

The top half of the table is unsurprisingly where some of the bigger teams lie, with Everton coming in 10th with their £80 jersey, up from £75 after David Moyes managed to stabilise the club following his triumphant return to Merseyside. Expect things to continue to rise as the club enters its new stadium.

Chelsea are now the only official English World Champions following the rebranding of the Club World Cup, meaning you’d think the Blues would have all the ammunition in the world to be in the top tier. Incredibly, though, they sit at £84.99, which is cheaper than the rest of the teams on this list. Sure, it’s by just 1p, but every little helps.

The first three clubs to enter the £85 bracket are Tottenham, Newcastle and Manchester United. With the high prices, the Spurs and United faithful in particular will be hoping there are more reasons to wear their shirts with pride after what was a pair of embarrassing domestic campaigns last time out.

5-1

Manchester City, Liverpool, Fulham, Aston Villa, Arsenal

The top five are all ordered alphabetically since the price is exactly the same, with fans of these clubs having to spend a serious amount just to be like their idols. You would expect Manchester City and Liverpool to be here, given their widespread appeal and the fact that over the last decade of Premier League football, they have been the two teams to beat.

What is slightly more outrageous, though, is Fulham's listing. For the Cottagers to be in and around the same price point as some of the most elite clubs in the competition feels a little out of place, but again, it's what you tend to find when you're situated in the capital.

The same question marks can be raised for Aston Villa, given that their revival to European football has only come about in the last three seasons, but it's certainly more justifiable than Fulham. Arsenal, meanwhile, given their incredible ticket prices, are also expectedly at the top of the tree here.
