Newcastle United boss Eddie Howe wants to see Alexander Isak back in training on Tuesday after his two week absence for from the squad.
Isak has been training alone in Spain at his old club Real Sociedad but is wanted back on Tyneside by Howe. Howe made it clear that he wants to keep Isak this week - despite a bid from Liverpool.
Newcastle turned down Liverpool's bid of £100million immediately on Friday night. And now Howe has hinted it won't be easy for Isak to go.
Howe told Chronicle Live here in Seoul: "Of course I'd like him to be, but whether he will I don’t know at this moment in time.
"Other people have been dealing with that situation back at home."
Newcastle drew 1-1 with Spurs at the Seoul World Cup Stadium and were boosted by Anthony Gordon's performance and a goal from Harvey Barnes.
Howe said: "It was a good competitive game. We did not start well but I was pleased with the second half."
