United have won both of their matches so far while tonight's opponents, Everton, have lost both of their games.
It means that United just need to avoid defeat to be crowned champions.
However, they could be crowned champions before they even kick a ball. If there is no winner in the game between West Ham and Bournemouth at 7pm, United will be crowned champions.
If there is a winner in that game and United lose to Everton, there would have to be a four goal swing to see them miss out on the trophy.
