Allen Iverson was always a face of the headlines throughout his playing days in the NBA.
One of the most memorable moments of his career was an infamous "we are talking about practice, man" rant during his stint with the Philadelphia 76ers.
Iverson was a guest on "No Flukes" youth basketball event and Toronto, where he emphasized approach to practice:
"All-Star, All-NBA, Hall of Famer, Top 75 player of all time. You really think I didn't practice?" Iverson started.
"Well, if I didn't practice, that just shows how good I am, so of course I practiced, a lot. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, he practiced and became MVP, best player in the world."
Iverson then recalled on his approach to practice:
"Yeah, I said what I said, and it overblew, went viral, but I practiced a lot too. You have to practice, in whatever you do, if you want to be successful, there is no other way," Iverson concluded.
