FC Barcelona, on the other hand, remain impeccable. With two victories in the two friendlies that they have player, the Catalan giants have done well to combat the better match fitness of the Asian teams and have emerged with a 3-1 victory over Vissel Kobe and a 7-3 demolition of FC Seoul.

On paper, this clash should not be a problem for Hansi Flick’s men considering the team’s quality. However, no game is ever won on paper and Flick’s Barcelona side will be expected to deliver as strong a performance as possible before the upcoming Joan Gamper Trophy game against Como.
