Douglas Luiz could soon be back in the Premier League amid ongoing links with Leeds United.
The Whites have already bolstered their midfield with the arrivals of Sean Longstaff and Anton Stach, but seem keen on adding at least one more before the window closes on 1 September.
Josh Brownhill has been linked on a free transfer after his exit from Burnley, but a deal for former Aston Villa midfielder Luiz had also been mooted this summer.
Now, it has been reported that an agreement has been reached in principle for Luiz to leave Juventus.

Familar feeling sets in for Leeds amid Luiz update
Leeds have been linked with some very exciting talent this summer, but several of those proposed transfers have fallen through, or the player has moved elsewhere.

Unfortunately, it looks to be the case again, this time with Luiz, with a report from Corriere dello Sport (pg9, 4 August) stating that Nottingham Forest have now agreed a five-year contract with the midfielder.

Luiz could join Forest on loan with an obligation to buy, with it claimed that he could earn around £40,000 per week.
Everton had also been linked with a move for the former Villa star, who looks almost nailed on to be returning to the Premier League this summer.

Leeds must focus on attacking arrivals
Luiz would be a great signing, but it would do little to address the major concerns at Elland Road ahead of the new campaign.
Leeds need more quality in the final third, and certainly need someone capable of scoring the goals that will be crucial in their fight for survival.
Efforts will be ongoing to remedy those concerns, though time is running out for them to be in before Leeds make their return to the Premier League.
