West Ham United have several outstanding talents in their academy, and the U18s’ triumph in the Premier League Cup last season is proof of that.

**Emeka Adiele**
The England youth international is one of the Hammers’ most outstanding talents.
He can play as a left back and wing-back, owing to his pace and ability to combine both offensive and defensive duties.
He featured regularly for the U18s last term, helping them win the Premier League Cup for the first time, and has also played for the U21s.
**Chinaza Nwosu**
The central midfielder joined the Hammers at the age of nine and has shown his immense ability at the academy.
Known for his technical ability and athleticism, he made 12 appearances in the U18 Premier League at 15.
He has been recognised internationally, representing England at the U15, U16 and U17 levels.
**Airidas Golambeckis**
The young centre-back plays with elegance and exudes composure in possession.
He became a regular for the U18s in the 2023/24 season at just 16 and also made his debut for the U21s in the same season. He signed his professional contract in November.
He is an England youth international, having previously played for Lithuania U16.
**Andre Dike**
The versatile forward impressed in his debut season for the U18s, scoring two goals in eight appearances at just 15 years old.
Dike likes to combine with other players and has excellent dribbling and finishing skills.
He has been capped five times by the England U17s and has scored two goals.
**Aaron Kamara**
Kamara is primarily a midfielder but can also play anywhere across the defensive line. He featured nine times at centre-back and three times at left-back in the U18 Premier League last season.
He plays with great tenacity and energy and has been recognised for his ability, as he signed his first professional contract in February.
