Everton’s interest in Chelsea midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has materialised into an official offer.
The 26-year-old has been linked with several Premier League clubs this summer, including Chelsea‘s west London rivals Fulham.
Last month, The Chelsea Chronicle was told that Fulham had made enquiries about signing Dewsbury-Hall.
However, Everton are the ones who have made the first serious move for the Englishman.

Chelsea open to selling Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall to Everton
It has been reported that West Ham United also have an interest in Dewsbury-Hall, but the Toffees appear to be the frontrunners for his signature.
The reliable Fabrizio Romano has revealed on X that Everton have now submitted an official bid to sign the former Leicester City man from Chelsea permanently.
According to Romano, the Blues are open to selling Dewsbury-Hall to their Premier League rivals following their bid, so a move to Merseyside does look possible.
Dewsbury-Hall made 36 appearances for Chelsea last season, but only two of them were starts in the English top flight.

He was a good squad player for Enzo Maresca, so Chelsea selling Dewsbury-Hall could prove to be a mistake. It could allow one of their young players to get some game time at Stamford Bridge next season, though.

What Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall exit could mean for Dario Essugo
Dario Essugo could benefit from Dewsbury-Hall joining Everton or another Premier League side this summer.
According to journalist Simon Phillips, Chelsea will consider loaning out Essugo if Dewsbury-Hall remains in west London.
However, with Dewsbury-Hall joining David Moyes’ side now becoming increasingly likely, Essugo has a good chance of staying with Maresca’s group and getting some minutes.
Of course, the number of minutes he will get will be limited, as Moises Caicedo, Enzo Fernandez, Romeo Lavia and Andrey Santos are still at the club.
At some stage, whether it is this summer or one in the future, Essugo will probably need a loan move to aid his development.
