Everton have submitted an offer of around £40m to sign Southampton winger Tyler Dibling, according to The Athletic's David Ornstein.
Reporting for The Athletic, Ornstein says Everton have submitted an offer of around £40m inclusive of add-ons for Dibling, which Southampton are expected to reject. Dibling, dubbed 'special' by GOAL, is keen on a return to the Premier League after Southampton were relegated.
