The Blues are ramping up a summer clear-out of unwanted players to help balance the books and Burnley are also in talks to sign Armando Broja.

Chelsea have given permission for Ugochukwu, who spent last season on loan at Southampton, to travel to Burnley to undergo a medical and wrap up a permanent transfer to Turf Moor.

Ugochukwu has failed to establish himself at Chelsea since moving to Stamford Bridge in a £23million deal from Rennes.

Broja has also been told he can leave Chelsea, who have also sold Bashir Humphreys to Burnley for £14m this summer.

Everton are in talks to sign Dewsbury-Hall after having a second bid rejected for Southampton winger Tyler Dibling.

Dewsbury-Hall only joined Chelsea last summer and made 36 appearances, but started just two Premier League games.

Burnley are also in talks to sign Armando Broja

Chelsea have spent over £200m this summer on Liam Delap, Jamie Gittens, Joao Pedro, Dario Essugo, Estevao Willian and Jorrel Hato.

They are in talks to sign Xavi Simons and continue to be linked with Alejandro Garnacho.

Chelsea are under pressure from UEFA to come out of this transfer window with a "positive transfer balance" as part of punishments for breaching financial rules.
