"Here we go" - Fabrizio Romano has just shared big Everton transfer update, permanent deal…

Everton have taken a huge step towards increasing their playmaking ranks for David Moyes, according to reports - with Chelsea star Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall now on his way to the Hill Dickinson Stadium in what is a huge move for the Toffees.

Moyes has been a revelation since taking over on Merseyside for his second stint at the club in January, losing just four games in charge at Goodison Park in the Premier League - taking the Toffees from 17 points after 20 games, to an impressive 48 by the season's end - a rate, that if he had started the campaign as boss, that would have seen them accrue 65 points and secure European football in the process.

Romano: Dewsbury-Hall to Everton is 'Here We Go', £29m Fee

The Chelsea star will leave the capital in search for guaranteed minutes on Merseyside

He's looking to kick on and fire them into the top half at the very least, and whilst they boasted the best defence in the entire division from gameweek four onwards, their attacking numbers are in dire need of bolstering.

Charly Alcaraz and Thierno Barry have joined to resolve that, but more has been needed throughout the summer - and the report by Romano on X (formerly Twitter) states that Everton's move for Dewsbury-Hall is now done, giving it his trademark 'Here We Go!' treatment - bringing a one-year stay in west London to an end for the midfielder.

The permanent deal will cost £25million for the Toffees, with potential add-ons bringing the deal to £29million - meaning that Chelsea, on paper, will have lost just £1million in the deal for the Leicester City academy graduate.
