Nottingham Forest are moving to sign more new players before the Premier League season gets underway in under two weeks.
Dan Ndoye signed for Forest last week and he made his debut in a 1-0 defeat to Birmingham City on Saturday in a match that served as a memorial for legendary figure Trevor Francis.
Anthony Elanga has been sold to Newcastle this summer, with Danilo, Ramon Sosa and Andrew Omobamidele all departing the club for pastures new.
Forest want to sign Douglas Luiz from Juventus this summer and adding another midfielder to the ranks would certainly make a lot of sense.
Now, a move might be edging closer with the player possibly dropping a big hint that he could be set to join Forest this summer.

Douglas Luiz starts following Murillo on Instagram
It’s clearly not the definitive hint that some want it to be, but it’s perhaps intriguing that Luiz now follows Murillo on Instagram.
The Brazilian pair would make a wonderful duo out on the pitch, with Luiz liking to put a tackle in and Murillo enjoying grabbing games by the scruff of the neck from defence.
Luiz began following Murillo on Sunday night and now the hope will be that Forest can move quickly to land the Juventus player before the season gets underway.

Luiz would be class for Forest
Although Forest have a number of options in the midfield engine room, another player in that position would allow Nuno Espirito Santo to tweak the system somewhat.
Luiz played 204 times for Aston Villa and as a result, he knows what it takes to be successful in England with a solid Premier League club.
Signing Luiz won’t come easily but with Edu trying to sign the midfielder twice with Arsenal in the past, he could now be about to get his man.
Luiz following Murillo on social media might not feel like much, but if the duo are soon teammates, it would see Forest complete a serious statement of intent.
