Key Aston Villa Europa League Dates
This morning UEFA made the draw for the play-off round draw of the Europa League (see below), the final eliminator knockout round before the league stage, on the road to the final at the Beşiktaş Stadium in Istanbul on 20th May 2026. Aston Villa are one of the 13 teams that have automatically qualified for the league stage, so they’ll have to wait until the two final rounds of games are completed to discover their eight league stage fixtures.
Third qualifying round: 7 & 14 August 2025
Play-offs: 21 & 28 August 2025

The draw for the league stage takes place on the 29 August 2025.
Europa League League Fixture Dates
Unai Emery’s men will have just over a month to focus on the Premier League, before the first of the eight Europa League fixtures take place on 24/25 September.
