MrBeast is eyeing one of his wildest video concepts yet—pitting LeBron James against Michael Jordan in a 1v1 to settle the NBA’s GOAT debate once and for all.
Speaking with Adin Ross, the YouTube megastar floated the fantasy matchup during a casual conversation, drawing inspiration from one of his own most viral uploads.
“One of my most viewed videos last year was when I had Cristiano Ronaldo play a random fan one-on-one for a million dollars,” he said.

“So I was randomly thinking the other day, imagine getting LeBron and Michael Jordan to go 1v1, but we handicap LeBron in some way.”

The idea instantly caught fire online. Despite Jordan being 62 and LeBron still going strong at 40, fans couldn’t resist imagining how it might play out—especially with a MrBeast-style twist to level the playing field.
