The 19-year-old put in a great performance against Athletic Bilbao last night, grabbing an assist and reminding everyone why he’s rated so highly. Now, Premier League sides are circling.
It’s reported that both West Ham and Wolves are showing concrete interest in the Scotland international, who left Celtic in 2022. Liverpool reportedly knocked back £20m bids from Ipswich Town and Crystal Palace in January, and the level of interest hasn’t dropped off.

Doak has had a frustrating time with injuries, but when he’s fit, he brings raw pace, directness, and a fearlessness that Premier League sides are clearly keen on.
There had been some faint talk among Celtic fans about a potential loan return, especially with Brendan Rodgers still searching for wide reinforcements. But with top-flight English clubs pushing hard and Liverpool showing no willingness to part ways cheaply, any Parkhead return looks unlikely.
Celtic do need to get wingers through the door, though. Sunday showed a lack of depth on the wings, with the front three looking out of ideas before Rodgers made some changes, bringing James Forrest on for Yang.
