PSG striker Goncalo Ramos could be set for a summer switch this transfer window, as per CaughtOffside. This comes after struggling to hold onto a starting spot under Luis Enrique.
He joined the French club at a huge €65m from Benfica last season. The forward has had to sit behind bigger names for most of the campaign. However, in 2022-2023, Ramos did score 19 goals, so he can score when given chance.
Now, with nowhere left to go, the striker is reportedly open to make a move. The PL clubs are considering him. Liverpool are reportedly keeping tabs on him as a backup option if their plan for Alexander Isak doesn’t work out.

Meanwhile, Manchester United are also weighing their options. Ramos is being viewed as a solid alternative to their main target Benjamin Sesko. Newcastle and Aston Villa have shown early signs of interest in the player as well.

It’s not just English clubs watching closely. Juventus and Napoli are already looking at Ramos as a summer transfer target in Italy. Napoli are getting ready for a life without Victor Osimhen. Juventus are making changes in their attack under new management.
For both teams Ramos comes with UCL pedigree and good history. PSG are not shutting the door on a deal either. While they’re not willing to take a financial loss on the forward. But, they are open to loan deals with a buy option.
The French champions are hoping to protect his market value. However, they know that keeping a unhappy player on the bench won’t help either parties.
