Chelsea Squad Website Could Hint at Impending Departures
Who Has Been Left Out
There are nine seperate senior players who have been excluded from the men’s squad site. They include Alfie Gilchrist, who spent last term on loan, Carney Chukwuemeka, Armando Broja, David Datro Fofana, Raheem Sterling, Ben Chilwell, Renato Veiga, Armando Broja, Lesley Ugochukwu, and Axel Disasi.

Every single name left out spent some or all of last campaign out on loan, with none being able to fight their way back into first-team contention for the upcoming competitions. All nine are expected to depart in some manner and likely won’t feature for the first team even if they stay, short of any emergency of course.
Surprise Inclusions
With so many names left off, it comes as a surprise that some others were included. Someone like Christopher Nkunku, who was allowed to miss the return to training, is listed on the squad site. The Frenchman is linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge which makes his inclusion ahead of some others a question mark.

Similarly, Omari Kellyman is on the site despite not featuring at all since a move from Aston Villa. The youngster dealt with injuries all of last year and will likely only feature for the development squad, thus his inclusion is also surprising.
Aaron Anselmino was given a profile which could indicate that the young defender will be part of the squad. There are currently no credible links to a move away, even on loan, so the former Boca Juniors man could be set to fight for minutes in the upcoming campaign.
