After three bids have been lodged, Southampton have demanded £50m from Everton for Dibling.
This is a fee which the Blues are not willing to meet, and is likely to see Everton move their interest on from the exciting youngster.

According to reporter Alex Comber, Dibling was missing from Southampton training on Tuesday afternoon.
The youngster was also not selected in Southampton’s squad for their friendly against Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday.
Will Still admitted Dibling has been struggling with some injury niggles, which could suggest the youngster has taken some time to recover.
However, the news of his absence from training certainly comes at a time when speculation over his future is rife.
Moyes is desperate to sign a new right-winger before the new season starts. Whether Dibling will be that player is yet to be seen.
The Championship outfit shared 20 videos from their latest training session on Tuesday, and there was no Dibling in sight.
Posted to the Southampton app, a variety of videos were shared, with Dibling not spotted in any.
Naturally, this will be of interest to Everton fans who will be wanting to see a potential deal struck between the two clubs.
Southampton’s latest demand is viewed as too much by the Toffees, who have already shared their valuation of the youngster.
Whether Dibling is missing through his ongoing niggles or as a result of the transfer speculation remains to be seen.
