Chelsea have agreed another midfield sale, this time for Kieran Dewsbury Hall to join Everton.
Dewsbury Hall was thought to be a player who could have stayed for depth unless Chelsea received a bid in which they recouped the £25m they paid Leicester last summer.
That has now happened, with Everton paying Chelsea an initial £25m fee with a further £4m in potential add ons.
Dewsbury Hall was a standout performer for Chelsea in last seasons UEFA Conference League and scored against Benfica in the Club World Cup.
He will be a guaranteed starter at Everton and leaves for more game time and a new challenge.
