Juventus Defender Linked to Houston Dash

According to Mauro Munno, Juventus defender Lisa Boattin has been linked with a potential move to [NWSL](https://womenfootball.blog/national-womens-super-league-standings/) side Houston Dash. The left-back signed a contract extension with the Bianconere that runs until June 2026, but she could be on her way out sooner than expected.

Boattin joined Juventus in 2017 and has since made over 100 appearances, becoming a key figure both on and off the pitch. She previously played for Verona, Brescia, Pordenone, and Venezia.

On the international stage, Boattin was part of Italy’s squad at UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 in Switzerland. The Azzurre reached the semi-finals, where they were eliminated by eventual Champions England.

Juventus have confirmed the signing of Cristina Librán on a contract until June 2028. The 19-year-old midfielder joins from Madrid CFF and is widely considered one of the most promising young talents in European football.

Librán came through the youth ranks at Madrid CFF and made her senior debut in 2021. She is currently captain of Spain’s U19 team and played a starring role in their fourth consecutive UEFA Women’s U19 Championship win, scoring the opening goal in the 4–0 final victory over France.

“I’m really pleased and excited to be here and to have chosen this project. Juventus is a huge club, and I’m happy to be Bianconera.

“I’m a player who likes to work hard and I always look to give my all in both the attacking and defensive phases of the game. In attack I look to find space to get into, I have vision and I love having the ball at my feet, even in tricky situations.

“Tactically I think I have the right characteristics to calmly navigate my way through different in-game situations.”
