Daniel Farke knows exactly where Leeds United need to improve his squad during this summer transfer window.
Leeds Live understands a new left winger and striker are on the agenda. Recruiting a new number 10 to compete with Brenden Aaronson is also not out of the question.
Lukas Nmecha is the only forward signed thus far, with the Whites still yet to replace last season's loanee Manor Solomon, who returned to parent club Tottenham Hotspur. Farke has acknowledged throughout pre-season their need to improve in all areas of the attack following Premier League promotion last season.
"You could tell in the offensive area we need a bit more quality," the manager acknowledged after their 1-1 draw with Villarreal. "We know this.
"If you compare our offence now to the Championship offence last season, then we have lost our standout player in the second half of the season in Manor Solomon. We know we need additions in this position."
Farke also added: "It's obvious in all offensive positions we definitely need reinforcements to improve us. We will see what the outcome is in reality.
"It's not about the numbers; it's more about the quality of the players that we bring in. They need to be improvements to what we currently have."

The Whites manager also acknowledged that the same applies to other areas. That's especially so where they lack sufficient depth to cope with injuries to their first-choice options that may arise during the coming campaign.
"We all know we need forward additions. But you look at the full-back positions and, if there is an injury to Jayden, or perhaps on the other side.
"I was sweating when Gabby [Gudmundsson] went down. It's a position we need to be aware of - and the quality that's needed there for the Premier League."
