Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim is reportedly not overlooking two more attacking options amid the Red Devils’ race to sign RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko.

Benjamin Sesko has been subject to Manchester United’s transfer interest and the Red Devils upped their pursuit after Arsenal withdrew from the race to sign him.

The 22-year-old Slovenia striker has also attracted interest from Premier League side Newcastle and the Magpies tabled an initial approach for Sesko last week.

Newcastle’s first offer of £65m and £4.3m in add-ons was rejected before the club returned to the table with an improved offer of £69.5m plus add-ons on Monday.

However, United finally submitted a bid for Sesko on Tuesday and offered up an initial fee of £65.2m, including add-ons that would take the deal to £73.8m.

Sesko’s preferred destination is believed to be United and the Red Devils are tipped to beat Newcastle in the race to sign the talented RB Leipzig striker this summer.
