“Not Sure What They’re Looking At”: Jerry Jones Blasted By Ex-Browns CEO Joe Banner For…

Jerry Jones, Dallas Cowboys team owner, has been facing some crazy hate recently for a number of issues related to his team. However, Jones has maintained a strong face as ever and has even expressed plenty of pride and confidence in his current team, especially the offensive line. Still, many others don’t feel the same way about the Cowboys’ offense, especially former Cleveland Browns CEO Joe Banner.

Banner took to his X account to share a tweet about his doubts on the Dallas Cowboys offensive line, something which Jerry Jones and several others have bragged about in the media. According to Banner, bringing in players who have high positions in the draft does not exactly mean that they will contribute greatly to the team.

“I disagree with those thinking Cowboys have a top tier offensive line. Not sure what they are looking at. Just because you draft someone high doesn’t mean they are good,” Joe Banner tweeted from his X account recently.

Jerry Jones’ Dallas Cowboys is definitely a powerhouse of talent. However, just like every other team, the Cowboys too have their own share of problems. In the Cowboys’ case, a majority of the problems seem to be stemming from the team management itself, rather than the actual players. For instance, the team may soon lose a precious defensive player in linebacker Micah Parsons, simply because the management did not act properly and swiftly.

The Cowboys will be opening their preseason this weekend against the Los Angeles Rams and then the regular season with Super Bowl LIX winners, the Philadelphia Eagles, in Week 1. Dallas will be eager to get to the Super Bowl this time out as QB Dak Prescott enters his tenth season with the team.

Jerry Jones Will Retain Micah Parsons According To Todd Archer

While Jerry Jones’ treatment of Micah Parsons until date may not be exactly fair, the team owner is definitely not done with the talented linebacker. According to ESPN’s Todd Archer, Jones will definitely do everything in his power to make Parsons stay with the Dallas Cowboys, even as the linebacker put in a trade request a few days back.

Jerry Jones has been known to hold on to his cash until the very last moment, but also ensure that talented players stay with the squad. This also applies to quarterback Dak Prescott who got his contract a few hours before his regular season could start.
