Manchester United are on the cusp of signing a new striker during the ongoing transfer window.
The Red Devils have already bolstered their frontline with two marquee acquisitions.
Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo should be huge upgrades ahead of the new campaign.
A top-class striker is the next priority, and United are negotiating with RB Leipzig for Benjamin Sesko.
The club have made a second offer worth €80 million plus add-ons for the highly-rated marksman.
Sesko has also given the green light for the transfer. There are no surprises that he is training individually.
In today’s squad training update, Leipzig have confirmed that Sesko is ‘working individually‘ away from the main group.

United on the cusp of landing Sesko from Leipzig
The Red Devils have added plenty of creativity to their ranks through Cunha and Mbeumo.
The duo scored 35 goals and contributed 14 assists in the Premier League last term, and should provide a massive boost for United as they push for Champions League football.
Sesko would be another fantabulous recruit. He is widely described as one of the best emerging strikers in the world. His untapped potential could be realised at Old Trafford.
Hence, United are prepared to spend big on his services amid competition from Newcastle. Sesko has made it clear that he wants to join the Red Devils instead of the Magpies.
With Sesko training individually and away from Leipzig’s first-team squad, it is only a matter of time before United secure an agreement for the striker, who netted 22 goals last season.
Sesko should provide an upgrade on Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee next campaign. He is a willing shooter, which is a good trait. He has the ability to score short and long-range goals.
The Slovenian also possesses a tireless work rate and can high press opponents. He would be a quality recruit and could form a dream attack alongside Cunha and Mbeumo next term.
