Southampton have opened talks to sign West Brom winger Tom Fellows, with Everton pushing to sign Tyler Dibling, according to a report from Football Insider.

Everton are in talks to sign Dibling, with Southampton recently making a counter-offer to the Toffees. The Saints are asking for a fee of around £45m plus £5m in add-ons, and they want to include a 25% sell-on clause in the deal. Everton have confirmed they are exploring other targets alongside Dibling.
Losing Dibling would be a blow for Southampton, considering his sky-high potential, but the money they would receive if he does depart would enable them to strengthen in multiple positions.
