NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Professional oddsmakers are taking a dim view of the Saints’ NFL championship hopes this season. In fact, they are ranked as the biggest longshots in the league to win Super Bowl LX in February.
Caesars Sportsbook has the Saints dead last on its futures board for the championship, at +30000. That means a $100 wager would pay $30,000 if new coach Kellen Moore hoists the Lombardi trophy at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara (Calif.) next Feb. 8.
Caesars has the Cleveland Browns (+22500) as the next-biggest longshot, and the Buffalo Bills (+625) as its championship favorite.

BetMGM has the Bills, Baltimore Ravens and Philadelphia Eagles as tri-favorites at +700, and the Saints dead last on its futures list. The sportsbook has New Orleans and Cleveland ranked as the two biggest longshots at +30000.
DraftKings offers even bigger odds to entice Saints bettors. The website has the Bills and Ravens as co-favorites to win the Super Bowl at +600, with the biggest longshots being the Browns (+30000) and Saints (+40000).
FanDuel takes a similarly dim view of the Saints’ chances. Its oddsmakers consider the Ravens the title favorite at +650, and ranks the Browns and Saints as the biggest longshots, each at +40000 odds.
The Saints open their preseason this Sunday afternoon (3 p.m., Fox 8) against the Chargers in Los Angeles. They kick off their regular-season campaign Sept. 7 at home against the Arizona Cardinals.
